Our company is 100% woman / veteran owned started by Vickie Patterson who is a proud U.S. Army veteran who comes from a family of veterans covering almost every branch. However, her choice to join the Army was primarily made to follow in the footsteps her most favorite veteran, her father.

Our owner, Vickie Patterson, is a Pensacola, Florida native with a heart for serving others and making a positive impact towards helping with the affordable homes crisis and reducing homelessness across her home state. This focus is the key guiding principle for Propwic LLC.

- Local Builder Director - Bay Builders Industry Association (BBIA) Board of Directors
- Chair Women in Construction - BBIA's newly formed group who is currently working to become chartered under the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Professional Women in Building(NAHB PWB) Council later in 2023
Company Timeline
- Jan 2023 - Vickie began the full launch of Propwic LLC with the intent of helping others to make a positive impact on the affordable housing crisis as well as a reduction in homelessness along the Florida panhandle
- 2022 - Vickie worked with a new to Florida production building company to assist with getting started in the Florida panhandle as the qualifying licensed general contractor for them. (not part of Propwic LLC)
- 2021 - Vickie completed her Florida Certified GC license for herself / Propwic LLC.
- 2020 - Covid changed our world ! Vickie began her testing / qualification process to become a Florida licensed general contractor
- 11/25/2019 - After over 24 years of construction project work, Vickie, with the love, encouragement & support of her husband, made the decision to create PROPWIC LLC, in her home state of Florida which would become a business entity with a focus on "Property Improvements"(PROP) by "Women in Construction"(WIC)
